Dropshipping

Minimum entry to join our dropping program is a commitment to 25 pieces of any of our catalog products, both personalized and non-personalized.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 days after they are placed. Your US customers often receive their orders in just 2-3 weeks after placing orders, while customers elsewhere usually get their orders in 3-5 weeks.

All products ordered through our dropshipping program will come with brand-free standard packaging with no price tag. The packagings are quality boxes and they will add value to your customer purchases.

US orders will be sent from an US address. The rest of the world will be sent from Singapore.

We cover all manufacturing defects within 7 days of receiving the order. Simply send a photo of the product defect and a screenshot of the customers' complaint to us to receive a replacement order or a credit note. We do not accept returns or exchanges for other reasons.

You can use our standard photos and product info (but we highly recommend you to change the wording). We also provide a professional photography service.
