Custom Jewelry Design Production (OEM)

Fill in the product specs in our Project Request form, and send it back to us together with your design. We take designs in any form, from rough hand sketches, CAD files, Instagram photos, technical drawings/packs, even actual sample pieces to recreate.

Based on your submitted quantity, design sketches, and other specs (known as a tech pack), we will send an initially estimated quotation & a 2D sketch for your approval. This step will take 2-4 days. If approved, you can proceed to order a sample using a Sample Request.

We charge a flat rate development charge of just US $100 to every new design you develop with us. Our development charge covers the technical drawing, up to 2 sketch revisions, 3D CAD, and the master mold itself. In case a re-sample with a new mold is needed, another $100 charge will then be applied. Upon payment received, the turnaround time for the sample is usually 2-3 weeks.

If the sample is approved, you can fill in an Order Request. We will get back with the actual price based on the market's silver price and the approved sample, together with the expected ship date for you to confirm. If approved, a 50% deposit is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, our standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks for most orders.

When the order is finished, we will issue an invoice for the balance payment before shipment. If you are using our DHL account, the freight cost will be reflected on the invoice. Upon payment receipt, we will send out the order with tracking.
